JOB OPENING: Assistant Cook ~ Full or Part Time available
Positions Summary: Responsible for supporting efficient operation of school kitchen/cafeteria to include assisting Head Cook preparation, and serving of food; cleaning items (food service, counters, equipment); and other duties activities, duties, and training as assigned in regards to food services.
Primary Job Responsibilities - Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Assists in the preparation and planning of meals.

Serving meals.

Cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, trays and other items necessary for food services.

Reports and deficiencies or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.

Follow safety rules and regulations.

Perform other activities, duties, and training as assigned in regards to food services duties.
Qualifications

Minimum—High school diploma or equivalent education
-
Twelve months experience in food service is preferred but not required.

Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual and have minimal absences
-
Ability to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds
-
Have dependable transportation
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for an extended period of time. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in temperatures above 100 F and below 32 F, and occasionally will walk on slippery surfaces. The employee has a greater than average risk of getting a minor injury such as a cut or burn while performing the duties of this job. Fast pace environment with time sensitive tasks.
Salary
Starting wage depends on experience, 1 personal day & sick leave.

Job Opening: Preschool Teacher & Para
Hours: 7:30am - 4pm
Timeframe: Mid April till end of school year

Engage children in activities and play that stimulated their development

Establish & enforce rules of behavior for children in classroom

Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities

Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of the children

Assist children with activities of daily life

Creating and maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment for the children

Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals

Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children and parents

Reports and deficiencies or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor

Follow safety rules and regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education

Twelve months experience in working with children and/or a certificate in early childhood education

Mentally & Physically capable of caring for a children alone in a classroom

Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual and have minimal absences

Ability to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds

Have dependable transportation
