June 10, 2026 – The Rothsay Public School Board is pleased to announce
that two finalists for the Superintendent position will be returning for a second round of
interviews. The Board has invited the following candidates to continue in the selection process:
• Dr. Michael J Volk, Superintendent, Columbus Community School District

• Arthur Meyer, 7-12 Principal, Lake Park Audubon Public Schools, Lake Park, MN
