Third graders in Mrs. Peterson’s reading classes have been learning about the importance of setting personal goals. Each student chose one word to focus on throughout the upcoming year and wrote about why that word is meaningful to them. To help reinforce their goals, students created bracelets to wear as a daily reminder.

It was a thoughtful and engaging activity that encouraged reflection, creativity, and positive goal-setting! Here are just a few students who wanted to share their goals!

Support Rothsay Track and Field’s Path to Success!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we have already raised $7,935 toward improving the Rothsay Track and Field program — and we are so grateful! This early support shows how much our community believes in our athletes. Now, we need your help to keep the momentum going.

The Rothsay Track and Field Team is dedicated, hardworking, and ready to compete at the highest level. However, we are facing a major challenge: our current practice facility and equipment are not adequate to meet the growing needs of our athletes. Without proper equipment and a dedicated training space, we are forced to incur extra transportation costs just to practice at other locations.

Why This Upgrade Matters
Inadequate Facility & Equipment
Our limited space and outdated equipment restrict our ability to train safely and effectively. Upgrading our practice facility will give our athletes the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Reducing Unnecessary Costs
With a dedicated practice area, we can eliminate ongoing transportation expenses and redirect those funds toward athlete development, equipment, and future program growth.

How You Can Help
Every donation — no matter the size — moves us closer to our goal. Your support directly helps create a safer, more effective training environment for our athletes and ensures long-term success for the program.

Please consider donating today and sharing this fundraiser. Together, we can build a stronger future for Rothsay Track and Field and give our athletes the opportunities they deserve.

Thank you for believing in our team and being part of our journey! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The rescheduled Jr. High Boy's Game against Hillcrest that was rescheduled to Tuesday 12-16-25 has been cancelled. The Jr. High Boy's last game will be on Thursday at Battle Lake.

The Boys B Team and Varsity will play in Battle Lake on Thursday, due to Battle Lake needing to reschedule a Girls Varsity game into a double-header. Our Boys will play B Team at 6:30 instead of 6:00 and Varsity Boys will follow immediately afterwards.

All other games will proceed as regularly scheduled.
